This property is on two levels with one double bedroom being on the top-level and two bedrooms being on the lower level. It also has two bathrooms again one on the upper level and one on the lower level. When walking into this property the double bedroom is on the left hand side, a very good size with built-in wardrobes and a good size window. You then have the bathroom on the left a small bath with a built-in shower and hand basin. Following on from here up two steps you come to the kitchen which has an oven, hob, toaster, microwave and plenty of storage cupboards, there is also a large fridge freezer.
The front room has very high ceilings and is of a good size with sofas a dining table some built-in wall units and a flat screen TV. All this is on the upper level of this property along with a good size terrace with a built-in BBQ and partial sea views. You can see in the photos it has a great pool view and don’t worry about the cranes in the distance, they will be taken down once the refurbishments on the nearby hotels are finished in July.
As you may have noticed there is carpet in the bedrooms and the steps leading down to the lower level which seems like a good idea as it prevents slipping when walking downstairs. Now on the lower level there is a small bedroom which has a single bed ideal for a child or you could even purchase a set of bunk beds for two little ones. At the moment it has a curtain which is used to store bedding and towels and a freezer, but as mentioned can easily be changed should you wish to.
Next to the small bedroom you have the bathroom with a larger bath and again a built-in shower along with a washing machine, some storage cupboards and a bathroom unit. The main bedroom of the property can only be described as huge as shown in the photo absolutely bags of room in this bedroom, with a double bed a sofa bed, two chairs, a dresser, bedside tables and a TV which has a good range of television channels. Not only that, but this bedroom leads on to the new tiled terrace with a perfect view of the swimming pool. The upstairs and downstairs have sliding patio doors with sliding security doors and the upstairs bedroom has a security grill on the window.
A huge bonus with this property is it is one of just a handful of owners who have an underground garage with a store-room. On the complex of Las Carabelas there are 88 properties in total. No Studio most properties are one bedroom bungalows some 2 bedroom properties but not many 3 bedrooms. There are two swimming pools on Las Carabelas and this property is right next to the smaller of the two pools.
All owners have their own sunbeds around the pools so no worries about having to get up early to wait for them to be unchained. This pool was refurbished only a couple of years go with non-slip tiles around the pool area. The bigger swimming pool was refurbished four years ago again with nonslip tiles. There is also a wheelchair ramp which leads into the bottom pool. And this bottom pool is also heated during the winter months.
The complex has recently had WIFI installed this year giving a wide range of TV channels for all to enjoy so any soap fans out there no need to worry. There is a cost of a one off payment for this which can be discussed with the president. All properties on Las Carabelas are fitted with intercom phone systems connected to the main gate and there are plenty of security cameras all around the complex which can be accessed on the TV in your property.
The complex is gated so only one way in and out, we have just installed a new key system so no keys can be copied making this complex private and safe. The complex is very quiet all year round with no noise so perfect for relaxing with your family.
