We took photos of this property in the afternoon, and as you can see it is a very sunny terrace with little or no noise, ideal if you are a keen sunbather and not only that but a nice area to sit of an evening with a cool drink of your choice.

The community fees are very low for this one bed at approx 100 euros a month, which will go towards the upkeep of the swimming pools and the lifts, and gardens. Other outgoing costs with owning a property in Tenerife are rubbish collection each month which is 13 euros a month and IBI which are the yearly rates of 275 euros approximately, plus water and electric which are approx 70 euros a month.

Ocean Park in the South of Tenerife is one of the most popular complexes in the area of Torviscas. It consist of two phases, phase 1 has the most apartments on the complex with the vast majority  South facing with plenty of sun all day long. Most of the properties are one bedroom apartments, followed by some Studios and a few two bedrooms. In this area of the complex there is a on-site pool bar offering cool drinks and snacks.

There is a very nice pool area and a vast amount of plants and flowers around the complex. It is maintained to a high standard. Most of the clients are British who own on this complex, so if you like to have a chat to and mix in then this for sure is the place. Phase 11 is a lot quieter than phase 1 as it’s situated at the back of the complex.

It too has a very nice pool are with plenty of sun all day long. Again most properties are one bedrooms but there are a good amount of two bedrooms also.There is free parking if you are an owner of a property on the complex, but it’s a case of who parks first gets a place.But not to worry just two minutes’ walk from Ocean Park there is a huge free car park so no worries when it comes to parking.

The prices on this complex can vary to what phase it is on and in which position the apartment is facing.One of the nicest things about this complex is the location it’s only minutes away from restaurants, bar, supermarkets and the shopping center San Eugenio. From the beach its around 5 minutes walk all downhill but then of course a little uphill on the way back.The public bus stop is right outside the complex and most buses that pick up folk for excursion will pick up from the same spot. All in all a nice complex in a good location.
