The size of these properties are in total 65m2 which is a good size for a 1 bedroom property, but the thing that really sticks out about these apartments is the price is only 75,000€ which works out at around £59,950. One of the best deals around at the moment in Tenerife for a 1 bedroom property in a resort area.
Properties in the past have been around 125,000€ on this complex so a huge price drop of 50,000€.
This is a touristic complex and in a nice area of Los Cristianos only a 2 minute walk to the very popular area of El Mirador well known for its good family bars and restaurants and evening entertainment.
Have to be honest there is a big hill to walk up to the complex back from the beach but at this knock down price well worth taking a look at.
The property is unfurnished, but for a few extra pounds you could make this apartment as nice as you want it to be.
The Oasis Mango complex has 89 apartments with a nice clean swimming pool one for the adults and one for the little ones all in all a very tidy complex with a very well run community.
We have to say over the last year or two we have seen some good reductions in property prices here in Tenerife but not many come close to this.
