The property has a American kitchen, a nice size front room with patio doors leading to it’s own private garden which has been kept nice and clean with the advantage of high walls which gives you that nice private feeling.
From the gardens you are able to see the mountains in the distance and good views over the championship golf course of Amarilla Golf.
We have taken a look around this property even though it´s tidy with no problems we still think it could do with a little revamp in areas the furniture has been there a while and maybe something the new owner would like to do to put their own standard on the property.
If your looking at spending a good few euros making the place look good or fancy changing the bathroom for example then we at properties are us have our own building team who speak English, Spanish and even Russian who would be more than happy to assist you in buying new tiles etc.

The complex is very well kept with lots of flowers everywhere, a very nice water feature and even a little pond with turtles swimming about. It has a very big heated swimming pool all year round with a pool bar on resort and a few restaurants not forgetting a 24 hr security guard and 24 hr reception a nice added bonus which makes you feel nice and safe knowing there is always someone on site.
There are a few good bars outside of resort with some having night time entertainment and if you like to be close to the sea then it’s a very short walk, just a couple hundred yards.
We think any property for sale in Tenerife at this price is well worth a look at and with a private garden as shown in the photos this could be something that might just tick all your boxes.
